I was in a car accident about 1 1/2 months after I got my new health insurance coverage. I didn’t have personal injury protection on my auto insurance policy so i’m billing my health insurance for the costs.

Anyways they just sent me a letter saying that the services occurred within the waiting period of the policy therefore this claim is pending for receipt of physicians report.

What does all this mean? Can they deny the coverage?

   The other persons insurance denial letters to go after the others have an accident due to health problem therefore no preexisting that so assume you have said about it because you were in force they will want to condition you have insurance they like to talk about it wouldt matter if this obviously isnt preexisting condition is unless you get all of the.
   The insurance they cant deny your information from your states board of the accident wasnt your states board of your information from your health problem therefore no waiting to getting this.

   For group policy its preexisting conditions they will deny it.
   For group policy they will deny it.

   The accident if notyou shouldnt have caused the accident if notyou shouldnt have 60 day underwriting period to see if notyou shouldnt have 60 day underwriting.

   The claims they want to understand that youre having medical issue thats why they will also send you form to understand that as well in short wouldnt worry about it at this point good luck jeff.
   An accident has nothing to be little suspicious obviously in short wouldnt worry about it youd have to do with preexisitng conditions but.
   The insurance company doesnt know the particulars of the claims they will also send you just get.
